Tactical Development Training Program
The goal of this program is to optimize overall tactical performance. This means we want to increase lean muscle mass, drop useless weight, and build your engine so that you can be prepared for any call. We want to make sure we hit a variety of tasks that we feel will benefit you for any specific test or task.
Program Details:
9 Week Training Program
Emphasis on Strength, Power, Hypertrophy, Aerobic Capacity, and GPP
3 Day Total Body Lifting Program / 3 Days Of Conditioning
Program Layout: Main strength movements will be the Back Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift in which constant wave sets will be utilized. Our main method will be a Hybrid of the Tier and Conjugate System.
An emphasis will be put on running and building up through volume accumulation. This program can prepare you for any run test that falls between 1 to 5 miles. We also include rucking options as well.
Ideal for the tactical athlete but can benefit anyone with a lifting background
Includes breathing, sleep, and accountability strategies and education
