IRON Legacy Training Series
Series 01: GPP / Work Capacity
Series 01 is the foundation of the entire performance system.
This program focuses on building an aerobic base, increasing tissue tolerance, improving movement quality, and developing sustainable work capacity. Through tempo-controlled lifting, isometrics, carries, and low-skill conditioning, athletes earn the right to progress into higher-volume and higher-intensity training phases.

Series 02: Hypertrophy 1
Series 02 is a 6-week hypertrophy program built to increase lean muscle mass, improve durability, and raise overall training volume tolerance. Following the foundation established in Series 01, this phase shifts the focus toward targeted muscle-building work through 3 upper-body days, 1 lower-body day, and 1 aerobic conditioning day each week.
