We want to deliver industry leading service to our 13 Bar family through impactful methodologies that are associated with proven results.

By maximizing the physiological potential of the end user athlete (aka YOU), this performance program will only complement your goals and needs to achieve success. This program will have a specialized approach that focuses on enhancing an athlete's speed, power, agility, strength, stamina, mobility, and mental resilience.

To win in any competition, having a clear understanding of the goal or target defines your probability of success. Only by identifying the level that must be achieved in order to prevail can an individual acknowledge the standards that must be transcended for victory. Nowhere else is this more apparent than during the chaos of a tactical situation, sport competition, or any other physical demanding task. This is why TRAINING not working out is of the up most importance.

This program include 4 days of lifting which includes conditioning and 2 days of pyramid tempo training to enhance aerobic capacity. We will be training up and down the strength continuum. The continuum classifies different exercises and emphasis based on their complexity (strength, power, and speed) and provides you with the prerequisites needed to move along it.

This program includes the following: 12 total weeks of training with a pre and post testing protocol on the front and back end. There will be linked videos to every exercise and other informational needs that are geared towards training and exercises. Breathing protocols on how to handle conditioning, up/down regulation, 30% THORNE discount, supplemental recommendations for performance and other stressors, pyramid tempo training breakdown, pre-post testing protocols, and more!

The Weekly Flow:

Day 1 - Strength - Speed with Alactic Power

Day 2 - Unilateral Focus to work on weaknesses and strength with Change of Direction conditioning

Day 3 - Pyramids to work on Aerobic Capacity

Day 4 - Speed - Strength with Alactic Power

Day 5 - Absolute Strength with Aerobic Power

Day 6 - Pyramids to work on Aerobic Capacity (Optional Day)
