Program Details:
9 Week Training Program
There will be an emphasis on Power, Unilateral Strength, and Absolute Strength in this program while also attacking Muscular Endurance and Hypertrophy
3 Days Of Lifting / 3 Days Conditioning
Program Layout: Our main movements for the three lift days will emphasize Power (explosive movement), Unilateral Strength (single leg movement), Absolute Strength (pressing & pulling movement). This program will follow the same tiered method as the original Tactical Development but with all new surprises and challenges!
An emphasis will be put on sprinting short distances, special endurance which is sprinting mid distances, tempo runs, and longer cardiac output work. This program can prepare you for any run test that falls between 1 to 5 miles. We also include rucking options as well.
Ideal for the tactical athlete but can benefit anyone with a lifting background
