Now it's time to pack on the body armor. We will focus on high volume while touching strength, developing true athleticism, and maintaining our mobility throughout the program. Also you will have access to a professional coach throughout your activated membership to help you along the way.

Our primary goal in this program is to pack some muscle armor onto your frame. We'll do it with intelligently designed programming that will yield next-level leanness and functional strength. The problem with many hypertrophy-based programs is that they leave out the strength component. You might get bigger as a result of the program, but if you don't get any stronger that program was useless in my book. Having big muscles and no strength is like most politicians out there, All show and no go. End of story.

  • 12 week training program

  • 5 days of weightlifting paired with anaerobic and aerobic sessions

  • Emphasis each day will be geared towards a specific area (ex. Legs, Chest, Biceps/Triceps, Back and Shoulders)

  • Movement key included just incase you need to change or modify the lifts

  • Extra exercise key for pull-up improvement

  • Warm-up examples are included for each emphasis (squat, hinge, push, pull)

  • Access to the 13 Bar Tribe private facebook page
