Mission Strong Program
“You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.”
Overall Strength Development is the main goal here. These programs are all about getting strong without all the fluff you usually see in training programs. If you enjoy squatting, pressing, and deadlifting you will get plenty of it with these programs.
We have put together 5 three week cycles that are made to build your body armor! These programs are not meant to build off each other. All of them are separate programs within themselves. The instructions and recommendations on how to run them are in the program details with the PDF file
Program includes 3 solid days of total body lifting with 3 conditioning protocols.
Conditioning protocols are included but this is not the emphasis, and should not be the emphasis if you want to get as strong as you possibly can.
Main Equipment Needed:
Barbell, Rack, Dumbbells or Kettlebells.
