Our BUDs preparation program is designed to focus on proper periodization on the strength and power spectrum, with a huge emphasis on energy system development. We focus on the Alactic, Lactic, and Aerobic energy systems with having both power & capacity options depending on what you feel are deficient in.
We do not write up random workouts, we program and periodize actual training!
6 Day / 9 Week preparation program that is specifically designed to help BUDs candidates or any individual wanting to become familiar with and prepare for selection (PJ/CTT)
