The Aerobic system is incredibly important to your development as an operator, responder, hunter and athlete. Not only because it is responsible for the majority of ATP as you get tired which is where the battle is won or lost, but it's where the majority of us can improve the most. Your Anaerobic system can also be improved but nowhere near the levels of versatlity as the Aerobic.
16 week aerobic energy system development program
6 days per week
Program includes cardiac power intervals, high resistance intervals, tempo work, threshold work, and cardiac output steady state work
A good program for those training for the 1.5, 2, and 3 miler
This program can also be done if injured or cannot run
